Founded in Ankara in 2012, Unadam operates with an innovative and leading identity today in the bakery products sector, which it entered with a boutique production approach. Our flavor journey begins with the ancestral wheat grown in the fertile plains of Anatolia meeting the soil and reaching our factory through traditional cultivation methods.
With our increasing production volume, today we serve with our two factories in Ankara with a total closed area of 5,000 square meters. Thanks to our state-of-the-art semi-automatic production lines, we have reached a daily production capacity of 1,000,000 tortillas and lavash bread. Every stage of production, from raw material procurement to packaging, is meticulously managed, ensuring full traceability with the international BRC quality system.
While we proudly deliver our unique flavors to 70 provinces across Turkey, we also export to more than 25 countries.
Aiming to exceed customer expectations, Unadam offers boutique production services with custom weight, size, and formulations to its reference partners, world-renowned chain restaurants, and hotels.
